The Career Outreach & Events Assistant supports the Manager, Career and Experiential Learning, by providing essential administrative and event coordination assistance. This entry-level role emphasizes customer service for students, alumni, faculty, and employers. You will engage in various essential tasks, including handling front desk inquiries and organizing career events effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk reception for career services inquiries.
• Assist in organizing career and virtual events.
• Maintain career resource materials and update inventory.
• Track data and metrics for event attendance.
• Support marketing efforts via social media and website management.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Office Administration or related fields.
• One year of relevant administrative experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills, both in-person and remote.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and social media tools.
• Organized with effective communication skills.
