As you report to the Supervisor Tenant Resolutions, you'll assist visitors and manage communications effectively.
Your role will also require data entry skills and the ability to manage office supplies, ensuring the operational flow and supporting your team promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors upon arrival
• Direct calls and take messages efficiently
• Process all incoming and outgoing mail
• Maintain office organization and filing systems
• Balance petty cash and order office supplies
Requirements:
• Relevant office experience and proven administrative skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Excellent interpersonal communication abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Strong attention to detail in all tasks
