Become a Site Administrator at Greenwin Corp and support vital operations.

In this key position, you will handle resident relations, oversee maintenance requests, and assist with essential property management duties. Close collaboration with the Property Manager is key to delivering exemplary customer service and maintaining high operational standards within the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be the first point of contact for residents
• Maintain accurate records for rent collection
• Coordinate work orders and follow up accordingly
• Schedule and communicate timing with contractors
• Support property inspections and document results
Requirements:
• A diploma in Business Administration or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years in property management or administrative roles
• Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in property management software and MS Office
