Position: Full-Time Workplace Administrator South
Become a Workplace Administrator at Oranga Tamariki, supporting social work teams in Hamilton South. This permanent role allows you to develop your skills and contribute meaningfully to communities.

In your role with Oranga Tamariki, you will assist with the administration needs of social workers, including financial planning and scheduling. Your work will involve liaising with diverse stakeholders and scheduling activities that support tamariki and rangatahi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with data collection and financial planning

• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics

• Manage reception duties and room bookings

• Liaise effectively with vendors and stakeholders

• Address critical issues with professionalism

Requirements:

• Strong administrative and IT skills

• Proven ability to support health and safety practices

• Knowledge of Tikanga Māori and cultural sensitivity

• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
