This role focuses on the day-to-day functionality of the office while assisting the COO with scheduling, document preparation, and meeting arrangements. You will play a key role in ensuring efficient office operations and supporting organizational processes through meticulous record-keeping and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in scheduling and organizing executive meetings
• Draft and prepare internal communication documents
• Coordinate travel and logistics for executive staff
• Record and follow up on meeting minutes and action items
• Maintain organized filing and document retention systems
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role
• Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite and related systems
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field required
