In this experienced-level role, you'll work alongside the Rheumatology team, ensuring efficient administrative and secretarial support. You will handle diverse responsibilities, including financial management, event coordination, and communication with families and clinical teams to enhance our pediatric care services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage office operations and prioritize administrative tasks
• Oversee scheduling and meeting arrangements for clinical faculty
• Reconcile accounts and manage departmental budgets
• Coordinate educational events and track activity documents
• Maintain and organize critical databases and confidential files
Requirements:
• Completion of a college diploma in office administration
• At least 3 years of administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database management
• Experience with OHIP billing and financial processes is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
