This ongoing full-time role at the Central Campus requires a Community College diploma in Office Administration and three years of relevant experience. You will be the primary contact for students, advising them on program options, graduation requirements, and administrative support for the department's undergraduate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise students on course selections and graduation requirements
• Review and evaluate student applications for program transfers
• Analyze program issues and develop solutions
• Coordinate departmental events and activities
• Maintain updated records and databases
Requirements:
• 3-year Community College diploma in Office Administration
• 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Utilize your organizational and communication skills to support students at McMaster University.
