Position: Administration and Booking Coordinator Role
Support CNIB Deafblind Community Services as an Administration and Booking Coordinator, enhancing service delivery for Deafblind individuals. Coordinate schedules and manage essential administrative tasks.

Reporting to the Manager of Services & Operations, your primary duty revolves around coordinating Intervenor Services for Deafblind clients. The role requires collaboration with the scheduling team to allocate resources effectively and execute various administrative duties. Your interpersonal skills and organization will play a pivotal role in making a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee scheduling of Intervenor Services

• Collaborate with managers for efficient resource management

• Conduct administrative tasks including report writing

• Prepare communications and maintain filing systems

• Engage in community presentations as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and database applications

• Conversational ASL knowledge is preferred

• Willingness to work flexible hours

• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities
