Your role will involve effective communication with staff and patients while managing various administrative responsibilities.
This part-time position requires a two-year post-secondary education in medical office administration and two years of related experience in Mental Health Care services. You will utilize your intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications to ensure smooth operational processes. The ability to communicate sensitively with patients is paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
• Admit, transfer, and discharge patients accurately
• Provide administrative support to the Clinical Manager
• Assemble and maintain patient charts and documentation
• Generate statistical reports on patient assessments
• Assist with staffing and scheduling duties
Requirements:
• Completion of a medical office administration program
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
• Two years of relevant administrative experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
