In this full-time position, you will provide essential administrative support, maintain communication, and manage office operations.
Your role will involve data entry, organizing files, and handling administrative tasks, while also providing coverage for the Senior Office Administrator when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support across all company divisions
• Assist with daily office operations and data entry tasks
• Answer phones and coordinate emails effectively
• Organize files, documents, and schedules as required
• Cover for the Senior Office Administrator during absences
Requirements:
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills
• Previous office experience is an asset but not required
