Position: Casual Secretary Support - RCDSB Schools
Join the Renfrew County District School Board as a Casual Secretary Support for the  school year. This on-call role involves assisting in office operations and requires professional interaction with staff and the public.

The RCDSB seeks reliable individuals for casual secretary positions across various schools. Successful candidates will assist under the direction of senior office staff, performing duties that require a high degree of initiative. Experience in the secretarial field and skills in Microsoft Office are preferred, along with a minimum of Grade 12 education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily office operations and organization

• Communicate effectively with staff, parents, and students

• Remain available for assignments during working hours

• Implement independent judgment and initiative

• Utilize Microsoft Office and potentially Aspen software

Requirements:

• Minimum Grade 12 education with post-secondary training

• Previous secretarial experience is an asset

• Reliable and professional demeanor

• Familiarity with computer systems, particularly Microsoft Office

• Must undergo a current vulnerable sector screening
