Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will actively assign work schedules and handle absences in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include managing vacant schedules, coordinating with staffing agencies for coverage, and validating employee hours for payroll. You will also oversee new resident administrations and liaise with families to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage staffing schedules for all departments
• Coordinate staffing for unfilled shifts and validate scheduled hours
• Submit payroll and assist in leave administration activities
• Order and manage nursing supplies effectively
• Conduct Health and Safety investigations and track corrective actions
Requirements:
• Post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience
• Experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting
• Familiarity with Workday and Point Click Care software
• Strong time management and analytical skills
• Commitment to equity in hiring practices
