Education Department Office Coordinator

The ideal candidate is passionate about education and volunteerism and will report to the Manager of Programs. You will perform various administrative duties, support volunteer coordination, and ensure smooth collaboration with schools. This role includes approximately 20-24 flexible hours a week, requiring local travel between program sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct general inquiries for the Education Department
• Prepare schedules, contact lists, and volunteer timesheets
• Confirm volunteer shifts and maintain records
• Coordinate celebrations for volunteers and program successes
• Work with schools to schedule programs and events
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
• Proficient with Microsoft Office for 2 years
• Volunteer coordination experience preferred
• Clear Vulnerable Sector Screening required
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
