Logistics Booking Agent

Oakridge Landscape Contractors is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Office Administrator to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Senior Office Administrator, this role provides essential administrative support across all divisions of our company.

• General Administration:
  Assist with daily office operations, file management, document control, and ordering supplies.
• Communication & Data Entry:
  Answer calls, handle incoming emails, and accurately input data across departments.
• Tech & Mobile Support:
  Set up company mobile phones and assist team members with basic troubleshooting.
• Admin Coverage:
  Provide coverage for the Senior Office Administrator during vacations, breaks, and time off.
• Special Projects:
  Support various operational and administrative tasks as assigned.

• Skills:
  
  Strong organizational, multitasking, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Tech Savvy:
  Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable setting up/troubleshooting mobile devices.
• Logistics:
  Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract.
• Mindset:
  Positive attitude, reliable, professional, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience:
  
  Previous office administrative experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
