Contract Administrator

Position: City Contract Administrator Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preparation of RFPs, RFQs, and other tender documents

• Ensure contracts are properly administered and comply with standards

• Track project status and prepare necessary reports

• Organize and maintain contract files and documentation

• Collaborate closely with various departments and external partners

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering Technology or related field

• Extensive experience in contract administration

• Comprehensive knowledge of project management procedures

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
