Position: Mohawk College Testing Centre Support Role
Become an essential part of Mohawk College’s Testing Centre team in a regular part-time capacity. Engage directly with students and help facilitate an effective testing environment.

As a Testing Centre Testing and Office Support professional, you will provide critical clerical support, oversee testing integrity, and ensure a welcoming environment for students at the IAHS campus.

Your role will involve working with diverse populations while maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot various testing issues for candidates

• Ensure secure and fair conduct in testing settings

• Process testing documentation and requests efficiently

• Input daily statistics and manage custom databases

• Proctor tests for various groups in virtual or in-person settings

Requirements:

• 2-year diploma in Office Administration or similar

• Minimum 2 years working with students in an office

• Skills in conflict resolution and communication

• Strong focus on equity and diversity principles

• Ability to work effectively with diverse communities
