Join Kal Tire as a 310S Automotive Service Technician in Hamilton, ON, and utilize your vehicle service expertise in this part-time role. Deliver exceptional mechanical service while mentoring new talent.
This position at Kal Tire includes routine maintenance, complex repairs, and working with both compact cars and light-duty fleets. As a valued member of our Hamilton store, you'll have the opportunity to support apprentices in their development and help uphold our tradition of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct a variety of mechanical services like diagnostics and routine maintenance
• Mentor and develop apprentices in a supportive learning environment
• Collaborate on repairs across different vehicle categories
• Identify and communicate potential service needs with sales staff
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols
Requirements:
• Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician license required
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with vehicle repairs
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Skilled in front-end brakes and shocks
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
