Budds' BMW Hamilton is looking for a Licensed 310S Automotive Technician who wants to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with one of the world's leading luxury automotive brands.

This opportunity is available due to the relocation of a long-term team member and offers the chance to join a busy, high-performing BMW service department with consistent workflow and factory training opportunities.

BMW experience is not required. We are willing to train the right person. If you're a licensed technician with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to learn, we'll invest in your development through BMW factory training, mentorship, and hands-on experience working alongside experienced BMW technicians and foremen.

What You'll Do

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in accordance with BMW standards

• Complete vehicle inspections and accurately document findings

• Utilize BMW diagnostic equipment and repair information systems

• Communicate effectively with service advisors and management

• Create customer video inspections

• Maintain a high standard of workmanship and efficiency

• Participate in ongoing BMW training and development programs

Qualifications

• Valid Ontario 310S Automotive Service Technician Licence

• Valid Ontario G Driver's Licence

• Strong diagnostic and repair skills

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction

Schedule

• Monday to Friday

• Approximately two Saturdays per year

• In person – Hamilton, Ontario
