Leggat KIA is looking for a Service Advisor
! Excellent earning potential with a base pay and generous upside bonus structure driven by increasing business volume and excellence in customer service performance.

Compensation :
Base Pay plus bonus with on Target Earnings of $65,000 - $85,000 per year

• Work with customers to understand their needs.
• Work with customers to answer questions or concerns.
• Understand the progress of work being done on customer vehicles by liaising with automotive technicians.
• Ensure that customer vehicles are adequately cared for and keep the customer updated on the progress of their repairs.
• Complete a follow-up to ensure that customers have no additional questions about the repair of their vehicle.
• Additional duties assigned.

• Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude.
• Ability to problem-solve and high attention to detail.
• Loves a fast pace environment.
• Computer skills and understanding of technology.
• Experience with CDK & PBS software is considered an asset.
