As a Body Shop representative, you’ll work directly with customers at Royal Auto Group, ensuring their needs are met throughout the repair experience.
Your role will involve greeting clients, keeping detailed financial records, and facilitating negotiations with insurance companies. With 1-2 years of body shop experience, you will play a crucial role in maintaining quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers courteously in the dealership
• Update financial records and run necessary reports
• Negotiate claims with insurance representatives effectively
• Assess vehicle damage and repair estimates thoroughly
• Monitor vehicle repairs to ensure adherence to safety standards
Requirements:
• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant body shop experience desired
• Excellent computer and organizational skills required
• Strong customer service and time management aptitude
• Valid driver license essential
