- Perform scheduled maintenance service

- Complete reports to record problems and work performed
- Coach and instruct apprentices
- Provide customer service Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses
- Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
- Automotive Service Technician Red Seal Certificate Transportation/travel information
