Key Responsibilities:
• Provide cost and time estimates for repairs
• Greet customers and understand their service requests
• Address inquiries both over the phone and in person

• Test-drive vehicles post-repair to ensure quality
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Service Advisor
• CDK experience is advantageous
• Solid automotive knowledge is necessary
