This internship focuses on supporting the Business Development team, where you will work with both the Demonstration Asset and Demand Management teams.

Your role involves asset request processing, managing project workflows, and assisting with CRM management to ensure effective support for sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate the processing of Asset Requests and approvals

• Support the Demo project execution and budget tracking

• Manage daily order processing and CRM updates

• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives for workflow efficiency

• Engage with technical support and administrative documentation

Requirements:

• Must be a university student in Business studies

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point

• Strong communication and analytical skills necessary

• Seeking to fulfill a 16-month co-op starting May 2026

• Ability to obtain Canadian Controlled Goods clearance
