Senior Business Analyst at Mohawk College

This role reports to the Director of the Enterprise Project Management Office. You will leverage your expertise to guide business solutions, working closely with stakeholders to document requirements and improve business processes. Your experience will help Mohawk College implement efficient systems and deliver impactful outcomes throughout the project life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop business cases and conduct feasibility studies

• Collaborate on interface designs and user stories

• Document Business and Functional Requirement Documents

• Conduct root cause analysis for process improvement

• Participate in post-project reviews and lessons learned

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in business analysis roles

• Degree in Math, Computer Science, or related fields

• Experience with ERP systems and project life cycles

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) preferred

• Proficient in business process modeling techniques
