In this full-time Estimator position, you will work under the Regional Director to create detailed project cost estimates using top-tier estimating software. Your responsibilities will include managing tender processes and maintaining compliance with all submission deadlines. A robust understanding of construction contracts, especially MTO and municipal works, is crucial. Furthermore, you'll have the opportunity to foster a positive work environment through mentorship and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and analyze tender drawings and specs

• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs

• Formulate comprehensive tender costs for proposals

• Interact with clients and field staff for effective project management

• Review and maintain tender documentation

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in construction

• Post-secondary degree in Civil Engineering preferred

• Familiarity with estimating platforms and MS Office

• Expertise in reading construction documents

• Strong decision-making and communication skills
