Asphalt Roller Operator – Full-Time Position Join Our Growing Team
We are currently seeking an experienced Asphalt Roller Operator to join our paving crew. This is a full-time position offering consistent work throughout the paving season, with the opportunity for winter employment for qualified candidates.
The successful applicant will be required to report to the company yard each morning and travel to job sites with the crew.

Responsibilities- Report to the company yard at the start of each workday.
- Safely and efficiently operate asphalt rollers on residential and commercial paving projects.
- Achieve proper compaction and finish according to project specifications.
- Work closely with paving crews to ensure quality workmanship and smooth operations.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns.
- Assist with general paving and labour duties as required.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and productive work environment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience operating asphalt rollers on residential and commercial paving projects.
- Strong understanding of compaction procedures and paving operations.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the company yard.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding outdoor environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality work.
