In this full-time role, you will work closely with the Superintendent and Project Manager on project planning, supervision, and stakeholder communication efforts. Collaborate with various teams to ensure safety measures and compliance are upheld on work sites. A Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and two years of construction experience are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support project scheduling and coordination efforts
• Monitor compliance with drawings and safety regulations
• Manage performance and address potential project challenges
• Analyze project costs and maintain budget integrity
• Engage stakeholders through effective communication
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or similar
• 2 years of relevant construction experience preferred
• Experience with road construction projects is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication abilities
• Capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently
