Become a key player as a Construction Inspector focused on water and wastewater facilities. Ensure project success through your expertise in monitoring construction processes and safety compliance.
This role challenges you to oversee complex infrastructure development, including treatment plants and pumping stations. Your leadership will help navigate project challenges, maintain safety protocols, and align activities with client expectations in the Greater Toronto Area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as client representative on-site during construction
• Assess contractor performance and provide constructive feedback
• Maintain accurate records of daily construction activities
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve conflicts
• Conduct final reviews of plans and submittals
Requirements:
• At least 7 years in construction related to water systems
• Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of construction safety practices
• Ability to interpret technical drawings effectively
