In this full-time, permanent position, you'll coordinate residential landscape constructions, from concept through execution. This hybrid role blends project administration with hands-on design for small-scale settings. Effective communication with clients, field crews, and suppliers will be essential to maintaining project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source and purchase all project materials like plants and hardscapes
• Generate and track Purchase Orders for vendors and subcontractors
• Coordinate daily material deliveries to align with crew schedules
• Visit job sites to verify material accuracy and project progress
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for projects
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in landscape construction or coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Valid Ontario G driver's license with clean abstract
• Strong organization and communication skills
