You will be tasked with overseeing Primavera P6 schedules and conducting cost and manpower analyses to optimize project execution. Engage with stakeholders during pre and post-installation walk-throughs, addressing any issues that arise and facilitating clear communication and reporting. Your ability to manage project scope and budget will be essential in achieving successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project scheduling and status reporting
• Lead planning meetings and document issues
• Develop work plans and integrate planning data
• Interface with project staff for schedule updates
• Analyze and report on project costs and resources
Requirements:
• 2 years of Primavera P6 experience required
• Background in construction scheduling preferable
• C.C.T. diploma or similar an asset
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to summarize complex data effectively
