Project Manager, Civil Engineering, Operations Manager

Position: Project Manager ON
Join Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. as a Project Manager in Hamilton, Ontario. Oversee construction projects, ensuring they meet design, budget, and schedule requirements while fostering teamwork and safety.

In this key role, you will manage all aspects of heavy civil and road construction projects. Collaborate with diverse stakeholders, while applying your expertise in Ontario Provincial Standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring project costs, resources, and timelines, and ensuring a safe work environment relative to policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project execution according to budget and design

• Monitor site performance, safety, and quality control

• Guide and assess team members’ performance

• Interface with subcontractors and stakeholders

• Oversee project closeout procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field

• P.Eng. or C.E.T. designation preferred

• Experience in heavy civil and road construction projects

• Strong knowledge of OPSS specifications

• Results-driven with excellent communication skills
