This hands-on role offers an opportunity to work directly with experienced professionals in residential construction. You will participate in exciting tasks such as hardscaping, site excavation, and creation of captivating landscapes. Our aim is to exceed client expectations with high-quality workmanship and strong team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with excavation, site preparation, and grading

• Install hardscape features like stone and interlocking pavers

• Produce high-quality work that clients admire

• Engage in physically demanding tasks throughout the day

• Adapt to different weather conditions while working outside

Requirements:

• Experience in landscaping or construction is beneficial

• Positive attitude and dedication to learning

• Reliable transportation for job site access

• Must be able to work long shifts of 10+ hours

• Ability to lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs
