Join our team as a Siding Contractor in Stoney Creek, ON, earning $38.00 hourly. This full-time role involves project supervision, training, and a commitment to safety in construction.
This position requires 2 to 3 years of experience in the siding industry or similar fields. You will be tasked with managing a team of 5-10 workers while preparing reports, scheduling activities, and overseeing training initiatives. A secondary school certificate and working at heights training are mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and evaluate installation teams
• Coordinate construction activities and schedules
• Prepare production and project reports
• Oversee training for new apprentices
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements:
• 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience
• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Working at heights certification
