We are in search of a seasoned Project Estimator who can analyze blueprints and prepare accurate bids. You will utilize software like Heavy Bid and Primavera P6, ensuring that project goals are met with precision. This position is foundational for our team's successful planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review detailed blueprints and schematics for project assessments

• Prepare cost estimates using various estimating tools

• Collaborate with project managers and engineers on scope

• Conduct site visits for gathering estimations data

• Maintain accurate records of estimates and revisions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in construction estimating

• Strong understanding of estimating software and tools

• Excellent project management and communication skills

• Knowledge of materials and labor costs

• Certifications in estimating or project management are a plus
