This full‑time, on‑site role in Hamilton, ON is for a Site Supervisor/Labourer. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed, managing schedules, delegating tasks, and maintaining a clean and organized job site. The role also requires assisting with hands‑on construction and labour tasks, including material handling and equipment operation, as needed.

• Experience in site supervision, construction management, and coordinating teams
• Proficiency in construction safety standards and protocols
• General construction, equipment operation, and material handling
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience in the ICI construction sector is an asset
