This full-time role requires overseeing multiple projects for Canadian Tire, Parts Source, and Party City. You will manage consultants and contractors while ensuring compliance with corporate standards, health and safety regulations, and best practices in construction. Your expertise in project financials and contract administration will be crucial in navigating complex approval processes and changing priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee construction project execution and compliance
• Collaborate with Store Planning on site layouts and approvals
• Develop project schedules and present status updates to management
• Prepare and issue tender packages for contractor engagement
• Conduct thorough site reviews and quality inspections
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant fields
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience
• Willingness to travel as needed
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Project Management software and MS Office
