Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and bill of materials

• Review estimates at each design milestone across projects

• Coordinate with estimating disciplines for comprehensive analyses

• Develop cost loading and support project procurement

• Present cost reports to stakeholders, ensuring clarity

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in civil estimating

• Knowledge of CIQS, AACE guidelines, and best practices

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Technical degree or equivalent experience required

• PQS or equivalent designation preferred
