Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive estimates for large-scale projects

• Coordinate input from various estimating disciplines

• Analyze project changes and prepare rate recommendations

• Create and maintain cost databases and models

• Present project cost reports to both internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• At least 10 years in a civil estimating role

• Related technical degree or equivalent experience

• Knowledge of AACE and CIQS best practices

• Strong skills in estimating software and MS Office

• PQS certification preferred
