As a Senior Cost Advisor at Stantec, you will contribute significantly to the Program Management group, working on large civil projects including hospitals and transit systems. With your experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation, you'll collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of estimating methodologies and construction practices to manage complex projects effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough cost assessments for large civil infrastructure projects

• Lead the preparation and review of cost estimates

• Assess and support project change claims

• Innovate solutions for estimating challenges

• Present detailed cost evaluations to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Ten years of experience in civil cost estimating

• Familiarity with cost estimating software, CIQS, and AACE

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Technical degree preferred or equivalent experience
