As a vital team member in construction management, you will oversee civil, mechanical, and plumbing activities while maintaining safety and quality standards. A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience is essential, along with skills in project coordination and inspections. This role requires close collaboration with contractors and teams to facilitate project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily on-site construction activities and operations

• Conduct inspections and track project adherence

• Maintain effective communication with superintendents and crews

• Ensure compliance with local authority standards and safety regulations

• Document project activities accurately, including inspections

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field preferred

• Valid Ontario Driver's License G or G2

• 3–5 years in construction management or supervision

• Familiarity with TTC and Metrolinx standards beneficial

• Knowledge of safety and quality guidelines required
