Position: Construction Project Coordinator Role - Full-Time

As a Junior Project Manager/Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting custom home projects across the GTA and GTHA. Your responsibilities include coordinating schedules, updating project software, and directly communicating with clients and trades. This position encourages proactive individuals who wish to develop into a Project Manager role as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily project tasks and follow up with trades

• Update project timelines and checklists in Job Tread

• Assist in client communication and project documentation

• Support material needs and trade schedules

• Attend site meetings and note clear action items

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of related experience in construction

• Strong organizational and communication abilities

• Comfortable with Google Workspace and digital tools

• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset

• Valid driver's license is preferred
