Director of Roadway Construction Projects

You will spearhead the execution and management of complex construction projects, ensuring streamlined collaboration across various teams, including traffic and utilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Establish methods and staging for urban roadway construction

• Recruit and oversee a team of supervisory construction staff

• Coordinate with engineers on design constructability

• Ensure adherence to project quality and safety standards

• Support succession planning and training for key roles

Requirements:

• Civil engineering background or related roadway experience

• At least 15 years in civil construction, especially in urban settings

• Experience in complex project delivery models such as P3

• Strong background in staging and utilities coordination

• Proven ability to work under pressure and manage stakeholders
