Maple Reinders seeks a Site Superintendent in Hamilton, Ontario to lead the Woodward Wastewater Treatment Plant project! Bring your civil construction expertise to oversee crucial infrastructure projects.

As a leader within our Civil Division, you will guide field employees and promote effective team communication. Candidates should have at least five years of relevant leadership experience and a deep understanding of wastewater treatment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site activities ensuring project adherence

• Offer guidance and mentorship to field staff

• Execute detailed project work plans for timely completion

• Collaborate closely with project and site teams

• Assess and streamline site labour requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years construction leadership experience

• Required expertise in heavy civil wastewater infrastructure

• Relevant post-secondary education (CET or equivalent)

• Strong skills in MS Office and project management tools

• Capable of managing large scale projects above $50 million
