Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

• Professional accreditation desirable (MRICS, AIQS, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of contract forms (JCT, NEC)

• Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Office
