Engage with a multidisciplinary team to provide insightful analyses and recommendations for expansive civil infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee preparation of precise quantity take-offs

• Generate cost estimates at each project milestone

• Collaborate with diverse estimating professionals

• Conduct cost risk assessments for effective budgeting

• Develop and present comprehensive project cost reports
Requirements:

• At least ten years in a civil estimating role

• Proficient in estimating methodologies and software

• Strong communication and decision-making abilities

• Technical degree/qualification in related area required

• PQS designation preferred but not mandatory
