Civil Risk Manager at Aecon

This position within Aecon's Civil division requires 5-7 years of experience managing risks in large-scale transit infrastructure projects. You will collaborate with the Risk Director and various stakeholders to evaluate risks and develop strategic treatment plans.

Your role will also include utilizing risk management software for analysis and documentation of risk activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative risk analysis

• Support the creation of the project risk register

• Promote a proactive risk culture among project teams

• Present risk findings to project staff

• Coordinate risk management workshops for stakeholders
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• Proven track record in risk management

• Familiarity with risk applications like ARM and Safran

• Knowledge of AACE and ISO standards

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
