Senior Construction Planner Role

Egis is searching for a Senior Planner in Hamilton, Canada, to lead complex scheduling for major construction projects. This role requires comprehensive strategic planning skills.
The Senior Planner will work with Egis's dedicated construction and engineering team. You will manage the development and execution of project schedules, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and quality standards.

Your role will involve significant stakeholder interaction and mentorship for junior team members as you drive project performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and optimize detailed project schedules using advanced methods

• Ensure synchronization with engineering and procurement

• Implement risk management and mitigation strategies

• Prepare forecasts and progress reports for senior management

• Develop best practices in scheduling processes
Requirements:

• At least 15 years in construction scheduling or planning

• Proven experience with major projects and joint ventures

• Familiarity with project management software tools

• Strong organizational and analytical skills

• Certification in project management is advantageous
