Position: Senior Project Manager at Pomerleau
Lead significant building projects at Pomerleau Construction, ranging from $1.5 million to $1 billion. This role demands expertise in project management, client engagement, and cost control in a hybrid work model.

As a Senior Project Manager in the Building Operations team, you will manage large-scale projects, ensuring seamless execution and financial oversight. Your responsibilities include planning, scheduling, and budgeting, while leading and mentoring the internal project team. Collaboration with clients, contractors, and subtrades is critical to enhance project outcomes and stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all project procurement and execution processes

• Plan, schedule, and forecast project budgets
