Assistant Superintendent for Transit Projects

ACCIONA seeks a qualified Station Assistant Superintendent to manage on-site construction activities for transit stations. Your ability to communicate and coordinate will be critical for project success.

In this role, you will supervise civil, electrical, and plumbing works while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. You will conduct regular assessments, track resources, and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders involved. This position requires 3–5 years of experience in construction supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee civil, structural, and transit station works

• Coordinate daily operations with subcontractors and crews

• Perform regular compliance inspections and assessments

• Maintain jobsite records and documentation

• Ensure adherence to project specifications and safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar

• Valid Ontario Driver's License G or G2 required

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant supervisory experience

• Experience reading MEP and architectural drawings beneficial

• Commitment to safety and quality standards is essential
