Construction Project Coordinator Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project planning and execution phases

• Lead communication with stakeholders and teams

• Estimate costs and deliver project schedules

• Track financials and control resource allocation

• Participate in site visits to monitor compliance

Requirements:

• Diploma in Construction Technology or relevant experience

• 3-5 years of construction coordination experience

• Proficiency in interpreting blueprints and using industry software

• Excellent leadership and communication abilities

• Familiarity with Ontario building codes and site safety
